Spring Blossom honey has been harvested! Next up: Summer Flower. Check back regularly for harvest updates!

We harvest twice each spring. First harvest is in early June just after the black locust bloom. Second harvest is third weekend in June around the summer solstice. Our fresh-harvest black locust and spring blossom honeys are available to purchase starting late June.

Summer flower honey is harvested last weekend in July after the basswood bloom. Slightly deeper in color than the spring blossom honey, summer flower honey captures the complexity of overlapping bloom times in forest and field. Our fresh-harvest summer flower honey is available to purchase in early August.

Our goldenrod, aster, and fall flower honeys are harvested during the third and final weekend in September around the autumn equinox. Deeper in color and more robust in flavor, these seasonal favorites are available to purchase in early October.
All of our honey is available to purchase year-round. Spring and summer honeys will begin to crystallize within a few months after harvest. Fall honey will begin to crystallize after a few weeks. During the off season, we offer both raw crystallized and gently heated (never pasteurized) liquid honey.
