We harvest twice each spring. First harvest is in early June just after the black locust bloom. Second harvest is end of June just after the summer solstice. Our fresh-harvest black locust and spring blossom honeys are available to purchase starting early July.

Summer flower honey is harvested last weekend in July after the basswood bloom. Slightly deeper in color than the spring blossom honey, summer flower honey captures the complexity of overlapping bloom times in forest and field. Our fresh-harvest summer flower honey is available to purchase in early-mid August.

Our goldenrod, aster, and fall flower honeys are harvested at the end of September just after the autumn equinox. Deeper in color and more robust in flavor, these seasonal favorites are available to purchase in early October.
